8/27/2024 Windshield installed for $197.00, less than 30 min to install =(8/30/2024 After removing the tape....Upon inspection of new windshield, passenger side glass edge exposed, many gaps in rubber sealant around windshield and missing windshield frame fasteners. 8/31/2024 I called the shop/owner and told him of the problem, he said bring it to the shop at 10am. I arrived only to be told the shop/owner is not coming in and there's nothing they can do. Employee called owner and I relayed to him about our previous phone conversation and the scheduled appt. He said theres nothing wrong with the installation, come back next week, then hung up on me. I called him back on my phone and again tried to get a resolve, he said bring it back next week...they will remove the glass and send me on my way with a possible refund...then hung up again. I will not let this shop touch my car for any reason at this point. I will have to go to another shop to gets this fixed..more $$ and time.Initial Complaint

On August 9, 2023, I took my 2022 ****** Camry to Low Price Glass to fix my cracked windshield. They quoted me $587, which was far less than other places, so I went with them. Last month, in late May, my rear view mirror started to slide, and eventually after a few days, fell off the windshield completely. After several attempts to fix it myself (how hard can it be?!), I took it to another glass shop and found out that Low Price used industrial adhesive incorrectly, and completely messed up not just my rear view mirror, but also ended up cracking my windshield under where the mirror was attached. My rear view mirror had glue POURED INTO IT, which ruined the casing and housing. It was irreplaceable. I had to then spend $900 on another full replacement windshield. After calling Low Price glass, my friend (English is my 3rd language) asked them to refund what I paid. Speaking to whom we believe was the owner, he accused us of lying, started yelling at us, and then screamed LIAR LIAR LIAR, and hung up.
