Sept 12, 2024, i ordered 3 Cast view HDMI plugin, to try and direct my TV to a cheaper price each month, however I don't need decided to go too something else, after receiving the Product a few days ago, I decided to RETUNT the product for refund, can't get the Company to send me return Information.I WILL BE HAPPY TO PAY FOR POSTAGE, BUT NEED THE REFUND LISTED BELOW.Business response

Ordered by mistake and can not get return authorization form and refund information. None of this information is available with no phone number available to contact them. No order number was given so have nothing to reference. Just received (9-28-2024) with no paper work or invoice. I would put this business as a scam type. On 9/14/24 I ordered 2 dresses off of this retailers website. I was scammed out of my money. I received a delivery today that was not the dresses that were advertised that I ordered. This seller is impersonating the designer of these dresses and stealing the pictures off the original designer page and posting the pictures on his website. I emailed and requested a refund also. This seller has a website and no phone number listed for customer service.Business response

Hi, the website I ordered the dresses from is *******************
I did email the email listed on the website asking for a refund. The **** packaging the unknown item was sent in is the same tracking number listed in the email but the sender name is different from the company name on the website. The sender on the packaging was listed as Jerry ImBusiness response

I saw an advertisement on ******** regarding Amazons overstock inventory and selling boxes on a pallet for $49.99 and up to $69.99 for better option of returned goods in a pallet of boxes.The pictures on the add showed Amazon and many reviews of big boxes received from previous customers. I was anticipating a pallet of boxes from the upcharges made for $69.99.I received a packet from this person with 2 items without any disclosure about what these two items are. I googled the address of the sender and find that this sellers products comes short of what has been disclosed.There is no phone number or contact information for me to respond to this shipment.Please help recover my money and return of these two items due to false advertisement.Business response

Business shipped a product that I did not order. No invoice. I searched the return address and this seems to be a common practice of the company and seems to be a brushing scam.I am triple checking all of my account to verify there is no fraud. But from *** read there hasnt been in connection to this company. If I found any I would handle with the card company. I really just wanted to inform the BBB of the scam.Business response

Transaction date was 08/29/24. The spyfocus cameras were highly rated by the company but turned out to be of extremely poor quality. When I try to contact the company they respond with an email that tells you to 'type above this line' which cannot be done. This company and Mr. ******************** Yasfbara are totally dishonest and are cheating customers right and left. I should have searched BBB before purchasing.
