On May 15th, 2022 I took my vehicle for an oil change at The Valvoline instant oil change in Rancho Cucamonga. After waiting about a half hour the crew there began to change my oil. As I waited to for the service to get done, one of the young men was communicating to me price, details and offered me other services they offer. One such service that was offered by him was coolant service. I went ahead and said ok to the coolant service which was added to the oil change. After the service was complete I paid and drove off. Within 2 hours of leaving the service center my vehicle (a ***** rx300) overheated while my son was driving it on the freeway. He pulled over and I met him and the tow truck driver where he got stuck. Upon looking under the hood, both the tow truck driver and myself noticed there was no coolant at all In the vehicle. The radiator was intact fully functional and nothing was obvious on any reason for coolant leak from any hoses. The only obvious thing was the radiator cap was loose. I had the car towed to a reputable mechanic and had them check the car out to find the issue. Meanwhile I called the Valvoline shop and and told them what happened. I communicated to them my car had never had coolant or overheating issues. After speaking to the manager I was directed to call the corporate office. I went ahead called them to file a claim. After a couple days I received a call from the area manager, ******. I told him exactly what occurred and that the vehicle was a the mechanic shop. He asked for thr mechanics number and location so I gave it to him. He stated he would talk them to get a disposition on what malfunctioned and would get back to me. After a couple of days he called me and told the mechanic stated the car had no coolant and the engine was blown. ****** called me and stated he would see what he could do. I had the vehicle towed to a second mechanic and got the same outcome. ****** at no pint went to look at the car and disregarded any responsib
