On approximately June 15, 2022 I took my 1*** ** ****** **** ** *** *** Auto Service at **** ******** ****, Rancho Cucamonga, CA *****. I wanted Mr. *** to check my car for spark plugs, master cylinder, and brake booster issues. On June 16, 2022 Mr. *** informed me that he had replaced my spark plugs, master cylinder, and brake booster, because they were bad. On June 17, 2022 at approximately 11:00 am I picked up the car and paid Mr. *** approximately ****** via my credit card for parts and labor that I thought was rendered. On June 21, 2022 at approximately 6:00 pm I raised the hood of my car to inspect Mr. ***'s work. At that time I noticed that the brake booster was covered with brake fluid and it looked like it had never been replaced. Also, I noticed that the spark plugs were the original ones and they had not been replaced. On June 22, 2022 at approximately 8:00 am I contacted Mr. *** and explained to him that the work and parts that I had paid for was not done and or was not fixed properly. I informed Mr. *** that it was unacceptable and that I would like a full refund. Mr. *** told me that he would only refund the spark plugs and labor for them. I explained to Mr. *** that their was brake fluid covering the brake booster and it looks like it had not been replaced. At that time he refused to give me a full refund. However, on June 23, 2022 at approximately 8:30 am I contacted Mr. *** again and informed him that if he doesn't refund all of my money that I would report him to the Better Business Bureau and take him to small claims court for my refund. Within a hour or so Mr. *** called me and told me that he had fully refunded my money by putting the money (******) back on my credit card which was used in the initial transition. Also, he told me that he never wanted to see me on his premises again and that I was a crook, theft, and paranoid. As of now I have not seen the money in my account.Business response
