I took my car to this shop because it had an oil leak back in August 2023. They told us it was leaking from the block or intake manifold. Subsequently, he charged us 1800 dollars. When we picked the car up it still had an oil leak. He said it was residual from the original leak and it needed to be cleaned. We took it back, and he supposedly cleaned it, but it still leaked. So we took it back and he said it was the oil filter housing that was leaking. So they supposedly changed it, but it was still leaking oil, so we took it back and he said oh, we found the problem, it's a sensor, it's going to cost $356.00, but it's fixed now. Before I drove off the check engine light was on and the car was running badly, so He had two of his mechanics looking at the motor, while he was in the car with a computer scanner. Finally, after doing several things, he said ok the check engine light is off it's fine now. I said are you sure he said yes. I drove it not more than 7 miles and the engine shut off and overheated, but the check engine light never came on, indicating a problem until it had overheated. Subsequently, I had it towed back to the shop, and he wanted to charge me for another engine, which he was already responsible for all the work he supposedly had performed, which was under warranty. Nevertheless, he said he'd service the heads because it had a blown head casket. It took weeks for that, then he called me and said it was done, but the car had no power and needed a new engine. I said, you're responsible, but he insisted that it wasnt his fault and that I must pay for an engine that he told me was good to drive. I gave him ***** dollars through Snap Financing, on October 17th, 2023, he ordered an engine, that never came, (it was a scam, that I had to wait for him to get the money back from the bank) then he ordered another engine. But told me I needed a new turbocharger, I bought it, and then you said I needed an intake manifold, so I purchased that. He called and said the car was complete, when I picked it up it was leaking oil prfesousily,he said again it was residual from previous leaks. I took it back he called a few days later and said it was fixed, but when I came to pick it up, it still leaked, so I took it back. Then claimed it had something to do with the transmission seal, i said there was noting wrong with the transmission, he said we didnt touch the transmission. I said you had to to remove the engin. So he said he'll repair, when i returned to pick it up, it still was leaking oil, and the engine was knocking, so I took it back the next day.He said the engine was bad and had to get another one. So here we are with the third engine, which has no power, and now he says it has an exhaust leak that was never part of any equation, but hes saying it's fine. All the work done has failed, I said, if it has an exhaust leak now, it's your responsibility to fix it and any other problems related to making sure that the car is running correctly. I said I'm not responsible for issues obtained while in your possession. The car never had an exhaust leak from the start, it only had, an oil leak. Which has cost more than the car is worth. All because of misdiagnosis reports on his part, and charging me for issues that didn't exist. With the original engine that he put in in 2021, it too had power issues and the check engine light never came on. But thus is my third Audi, so I know how it's supposed to run. after taking it back to him multiple times, he finally found the problem in the exhaust manifold to the block. Once fixed the car ran great. But still,no check engine light ever came on. it's been 8 months of back and forth, and I have spent lots of money, yet I still don't have my car. Sincerely, *************************
