    Would give 0 stars if possible! I made the mistake of giving them another chance after a horrible experience the last time I chose to give them my *************** was that a mistake! Same manager (******) same problem(s) I was told it was a 2 hour job & wasted my ENTIRE day off & still had to leave my truck overnight ,& that was with an appointment! Was disgusted with the lack of communication & horrible customer service with nothing but a pathetic $20 discount off of the original quoted price which I felt was already HIGH but have been coming here for YEARS & felt the quality of service would certainly make up for the higher cost... ABSOLUTELY NOT THE ***** As I stated earlier, LONG time ***********+yrs) with a 5 vehicle *********** will NEVER return! Left highly dissatisfied & frustrated only to hear a rattling as I drove away & discovered that they had broken parts in the area of repair. Please avoid this overpriced, irresponsible hassle & take your car to a REAL mechanic (LITERALLY anywhere else) as I wish I had.

    Hello ******, We are sorry to hear about the experience you had with us and apologize for the service not being done under the time frame you were told. The inconvenience is actually from the parts stores for sending us the wrong parts. Even though we provided the part stores with the vin number they sent over the wrong style of rotors several times, which is out of our control. The reason being is that there several different styles for your vehicle. We did everything in our control to get you back on the road as quick as possible, we are just sad that meant nothing to you and were disrespectful to us in return. We gave you the parts at our cost that is why we only gave you $27 off. You also need rear brake shoes and drums as they are metal to metal contact, we informed you that it's unsafe to drive like that and you declined, you only approved the front brake pads and rotors and there were no "broken parts". But once again we hope you understand that we tried to help you as much as possible.
