            I ordered a breast pump through insurance on a website that was recommended by a pregnancy program. I tried contacting them to see when I will recieve my pump as I'm almost 37 weeks and have gestational diabetes which can lead to early delivery. I could not get ahold of them via email, phone or fb messenger other then an automatic reply once thanking me for contacting them with no follow up. I posted a comment on their ******** page asking the best way to contact them since none of the 3 ways listed above worked. They BLOCKED me on ********. I did get an email back saying package was delivered with a tracking number, the tracking number said it was not recieved from the sender. They replied back with the same reply saying it was delivered and the tracking number then another email saying they would "confer" on Monday. I checked Instagram and am seeing others commenting they're not able to get ahold of them and haven't got their pump. I feel like they're scamming people and insurance companies

            If I could give zero stars I would. Do not support this company. They sent molded brownies to someone then only offered them $3 off their next order. They clearly state on their website they recommend eating only ONE brownie per day. Then they say that you have to check all brownies within five days of delivery for mold for a refund. How is that possible when youre only supposed to eat ONE A DAY? Are you supposed to open them all to check and then re-package them? Absolutely ridiculous for $20 plus shipping. I will not support this company and am extremely disgusted that they say they support women but then take advantage of them like this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

However, Id like to address the concerns raised in your review.The situation you referenced involved a misunderstanding. The customer in question was not sent moldy brownies, and we have provided clear evidence to support this. We also provided you with screenshots showing when the customer placed her order and proof that it was delivered on June 15th (almost three months ago!). The customer later posted in a *************** leaving out key details in an attempt to disparage our company after we were unable to refund or replace brownies that were delivered three months ago.Additionally, the claim regarding our policy on checking brownies is inaccurate. We recommend that customers inspect their orders upon arrival, but we do not require them to open and repackage each item to check for quality.We also noticed that you have not made a purchase from our company, so your review does not reflect a personal experience. We strive to support women and families, and its important to us that our policies are clear, fair, and uphold the quality we promise.We kindly ask that you reconsider your review based on the facts provided.
