      I came in to Pondersa Dental Group to get a check up I was convinced in to getting an implant . I was mislead, lied to from the start from the billing department from ****** . She trapped me into paying a lot of money I was never given policy of their business. She give me mis diagnose. Priscilla wouldn’t give me appointments. After they got their money they didn’t give me any answers, or offer to help. I don’t think it’s right to lie, mis lead customers and take advantage because you speak Spanish and give false promises. I never got an explanation why I needed or didn’t need a sinus lift . ****** diagnosed it and when I asked the doctor he was surprised . He said I didn’t need a sinus lift . I would like to get compensated for 2,010.00 for an mis diagnose didn’t need a sinus lift .I didn’t ask to have bone graft but in . It was put in when I was in the chair. I had an infection afterwards.

      WASTED TIME (4 months), AWEFUL Experience, and DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE. I posted reviews in Google and Yelp websites for more details on my Aweful experience. I received a bill for a $100 and don’t know what for (see attached bill). It also said past due and never received the 1st bill. I should be the one giving them my bill for compensations on wasted time, Aweful experience, long wait in their lobby, gas/mileage, loss wages for going to a scheduled appointment and not seen, canceling my 1st appointment same day and did not automatically reschedule appointment, a week wait and multiple phone calls made to reschedule the canceled appointment, STRESS, etc. Business practices of this place needs review and in check. I recommend to look at recent reviews from customers.

      This is a response to the complaint of our business. The Patient's name is ******** *****i. We received an authorization for an exam and x-rays in February. We left a message that same day at 3:15 pm per chart notes and left a voicemail. Patient called us back on 3/28 to finally schedule her appointment to the date of service 04/14/2022. Dr Amani our office provider, was sick and did not come into the office. We called the patient to advise her of what was going on. She did not want to reschedule that moment. On 4/19 pt called upset because the app was canceled Dr was sick she said . She called back today to reschedule i offered may 10 and other dates she said no it's our fault she shouldn't have to wait. So I then called the office and they made arrangements for her to be seen this Friday the 22  of April she then said no that's not a good day. The office manager ****** called the patient to apologize for the inconvenience and scheduled her on 4/25. The Patient's appointment was at 1pm and she was getting called back at 1:15pm. Patient got upset after waiting 15 minutes and left. When an appointment is broken from the schedule patients have a fee of $50 without a 24 hour notice. On her account I noticed she had a balance of $100 even though she was not seen. It has been adjusted and the patient has a balance of $0.       In the month of December 2020, I went to have my molars removed at Ponderosa Dental Group. Before every visit or any surgery, I always ensure that I will be fully covered through my insurance. The lady who does the billing informed me that I will be covered by the insurance and that this would be the last thing that would be covered for this calendar year that I could get done through the insurance. Four months later I get a bill in the mail telling me that I have a past-due bill of nearly $800. I was obviously confused and in a state of shock at the amount and unawareness of this bill that even existed. I have never gotten any other mail from them informing me that I even owe any money. After making multiple attempts to contact them to find out what I am being charged for, I have been turned away multiple times and told that someone will call me back and no one has. It has now been almost 10 months that I have heard anything from anyone at the dentist office about this unknown charge.
