I had an appointment to see a doctor, and I showed up to the receptionist office 1 minute before my appointment however the doctor refused to see me and the receptionist was really rude to me as well. The receptionists and doctor called it a no show because I was supposed to show up to my appointment 30 minutes before the appointment however no one informed me of this. Not even the company or the call center. When I showed up they automatically said it was a no show and the doctor refused to see me despite me showing up to my appointment on time. Also they said they never got any paperwork from workers comp about my health issue, and my laywer said they sent the paperwork to them and talked to them but the receptionists said otherwise. And there is a possibly they might charge me for this appointment that I can't and shouldn't have to pay for.Business response

Good Afternoon,
All new patients are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment time to fill out paperwork prior to seeing the physician. The physician felt that with the time it takes to fill out the paperwork and the time available to see the patient it was best to reschedule this patient for another day when he had plenty of time to properly evaluate the patient.
