    On January 18th 2024, M&G Jewelers received my prized engagement ring for a simple resizing. By January 22nd, my ring was resized and shipped out to me via **** A few days after the initial shipment, I was notified that it was out for delivery, but I never received it. Upon driving to the facility myself and speaking to the manager that oversees the facility, he informed me that it was "lost" and I need to begin a claim process. I proceeded to open a claim with *** which ended up getting closed by *** because I wasn't the "Sender". Thus I reached out to M&G and had them initiate a claim of their own. Their claim was supposedly initiated on January 29th 2024. For the weeks that followed I e-mailed the person in charge of my claim on the M&G Jewelers end of things constantly. Every time that I did hear back it never involved an update of my claim. I continued to reach out until on March 5th 2024, I received a check from M&G for $871.00. This is a shock because I had insured the ring for $936. Upon reaching back out again after not hearing from M&G for weeks, they finally responded and claimed that the check came from *** and not them. I showed them the check that I received that clearly states it was issued by M&G Jewelers and it is for a value nowhere near what my ring was insured for, let alone valued at. They informed me that they will "ask the accounting team". That was the last I ever heard of them despite following up numerous times.I held off on cashing the check in fear that they would not reimburse me in full. But I was worried about the check expiring so I cashed it earlier this month. I'm stuck having to pay off a ring I will never see and a check that doesn't even cover the cost.I need my full reimbursement from this company. This company was recommended by ******, where I bought the ring, as part of a protection program they offer. After researching them after this s**** up, I found out that M&G Jewelers is not even accredited by BBB.

    Stay far, far away from this company, I sent in my Mont Blanc pen to be repaired. This was at the end of August 2023. I checked the tracking number every day, It arrived and was signed for by ***. I emailed to check on the repair, and they told me they have yet to get it. I have been in correspondence with them every week or so. They claim it was on a pallet and *** signed for the pallet. It's not my fountain pen. I am beyond distraught. My late uncle gave me this pen when I was 16 years old. It is all I have from him. I am now 54 years old. This pen is priceless to me. I know someone took it and is now using my fountain pen. I am heartbroken. I called *** today to check on the claims since I have been waiting to hear from ***** or ***** for over two weeks. *** tells me there is no progress in my claim because I did not send the paperwork in. ***** told me NOT TO SEND THE PAPERWORK IN because THEY ARE HANDLING IT. MORE LIES. I am in tears, and M & G Jewelers does not care. Mont Blanc needs to find a new service to repair their pens.
