      10/25/22 Made a 10:30 appointment to see the notary to get important time sensitive documents signed and sent off. Showed up promptly at 10:30 only to be told the notary was at a different location and would not be in until noon. I asked why would they make an appointment if the notary was going to be elsewhere.... he said it was something about the system. So i returned at noon only to be told the notary would not be in at all today. This would be more understandable if I was a walk- in, but to waste people's time making appointments they know they can't keep us unacceptable.

      Yesterday (12/22/2021), I received a text message at 11:04 AM informing me that a parcel of mine was ready for pickup at your store. I promptly headed down to retrieve the package, patiently waited in line and was greeted by a young lady at the register wearing glasses. I showed her the slip which was left on my door (the driver didn't even bother to knock or ring the doorbell) and she asked to see my ID. When I presented her with my ID, another young lady working at the 2nd register interrupted the interaction and said, "sir, you'll need to come back in an hour. We haven't scanned everything yet." I replied, "I received a text stating my package is ready for pickup. Why would I have received that if it wasn't?" I stood there and waited the entire hour in your store while this young lady, keenly aware of my continued presence, ignored me in a manner both uncourteous and cavalier. I finally asked her, "Miss, have you scanned the packages in?" She replied, "Yes, just get back in line and I will help you". I proceeded to get back in line per her request and finally retrieved my property. The bottom line is I ordered an item, the UPS driver never knocked or rang the doorbell, I was informed the parcel was ready for pickup only for it to be held hostage by an employee of yours who thought it would be cute, funny or entertaining to embarrass and aggravate me in front of numerous patrons and staff. I have been a Customer at your store for well over a year and have never been treated with such blatant contempt, disrespect and lack of empathy. As a result of this unfortunate Customer service failure on the part of your employee, my suggestions are as follows: 1. DO NOT INFORM CUSTOMERS THEIR PARCELS ARE READY FOR PICKUP IF THEY ARE NOT. 2. THOROUGHLY SCREEN YOUR PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES TO ENSURE THEY'RE CAPABLE OF TREATING YOUR PATRONS WITH EMPATHY AND RESPECT. 3. COUNSEL THE YOUNG LADY I HAD THIS UNFORTUNATE INTERACTION WITH YESTERDAY.
