      I placed an order with Premier Home Decor on January 15, 2023. The order was for a 4-piece stretch velvet 3-seater sofa slipcover and a 2-piece stretch velvet armchair one seater slipcover both in gray. The total of the order came to $100.29 and stated it would be delivered on January 25, 2023. The order number given was *********. I received an email stating my order was on the way on January 23, 2023 with a UPS tracking number of ******************. I utilized the UPS website to track the order. The only thing it states is a label has been created. As of today, February 6, 2023, I have not yet received my order nor have I gotten a reply to the numerous emails I have sent. I have also attempted to call various numbers associated with the business but only get either a busy signal or voice answering service with no return call. I would like this issue resolved with a refund since this business seems to not be a true existing business. Thank you, ***** **************

      On December 10th I tried to return a couch cover to ************** from order #*************-A. I was not able to since this was apparently a third party vendor which is not made clear in the listing. I requested information on how to return the item from Premier Home Decor. They sent me a return label. In their email where it states if you have any questions contact them at ...and it was left blank. I sent the item back and tracking says it was received on 12/16/22. I sent several emails asking when I can expect to see the refund, but never received a response. I'm not sure if it was sent to the correct email address since there was no contact information given from them. I would like my refund of $38.19, the cost of the cover, 35.99 plus 2.20 tax.

      On 6/1/2022, Bought 4 double packages of curtain panels through Bed/bath & Beyond. The panels are of poor quality and of variable length measurements. No return label was included in delivery box. Took package to BB&B to return them. They said it is not sold thru them, it was sold thru the Marketplace and also Sold by Premier Home Decor Inc.Attempted to call on 2 different phone numbers to Home Decor.###-###-####, and ###-###-####. Busy signal on one #, non-functional voicemail box on other line. Have not been able to contact Premier Home Decor with more than 40 attempts.

      we, Premier Home Decor Inc is the vendor of BBByd online Marketplace vendor, the only way to generate a return label and process it through your online account. and find your order history to process it. 

      in order to get the return label we would charge $15 flat fee for shipping. it will be automatically deduct from your refund. Or you can simply mail it back to our return facility on your own cost. there is no fee to do that. 

      please let us know which one you would like to do.

      meanwhile, the order info is MPL*********9-A-1 for your order. it can be used as reference to message our agent.
