Our spa was broken and we contacted Michaels Spa and he set up an appointment for repairs. He sent a person out in Oct. 19 of 2020 named ****. He couldn't fix it and said it needed a part. He came out three times but never with the part. He said we had to pay up front for the part which we did in the amount of $1200.00. I have 76 texts between ****, ******* and myself. The last text was in Sept. 2021 they said they would have my part in a week and would make a appointment to install. I have never heard from him again. I requested my money back but ******* always had an excuse.Business response

Regarding this “Watkins SoftTub”...We still do not have the “Topside Control” to pair with the Spa pack that we received - shortly after the order was placed.I ordered the parts from ****** ***** a Senior Certified Watkins Spa Technician.We will install once received. This should take our technician approximately 20 - 45 minutes to complete the repair.Meanwhile,*******’s Spa has not been taking on "any" new repair work fora the last 7-8 months until supply delays are once again, normal.
