I ordered a package through Lululemon.com. They use "ON-Trac" courier service to make their deliveries. On Trac is claiming they need an access code to deliver my package and is refusing delivery. I have provided all of the details they need to deliver my package, mainly that there is no access code. I have a delivery box adjacent to my exterior gate that is CLEARLY labeled and recognized by all other delivery services. I have reached out to Lululemon and spoken with ******** in the chat. She refuses to help me. She refuses to contact the delivery service. She refuses to offer me a discount. She refuses to resend the item. I have contacted On Trac. The only way to contact them is through a chat bot. They continue to text me daily that the item is undeliverable unless I provide an access code. I am at a loss. I wanted this item for my daughter's 10th birthday. ******** at Lululemon is a horrible customer service agent and deserves to be fired after the lack of care concerning my issue.Initial Complaint

I placed the order c58047625590 on Jan 2024. As severe quality issue occurred, I filed claim (gec:02900002980) with the seller Lululemon on April beginning. Its been 4.5 months now, the customer service kept asking me waiting without resolving the issue. I request refund of the order ASAP.Initial Complaint

Purchased a plaid shirt December 27th 2023 *********** trousers January 7th 2024 Button down around December - January All have completely shrunk beyond normal wear and tear. I wash them according to the instructions and take very good care of my clothes. The business advertises a quality guarantee, so I submitted a claim online about a month ago and have been stalled and after pushing they got back telling me this is wear and tear.This is not acceptable and they are definitely scamming their customers. These clothes are under 6 months. This shouldnt be happening nor has it happened in the past with their clothing but they dont want to own up to this and meet the quality promise they advertise.I expect replacements for these items or a gift card.Initial Complaint

I placed several orders via the e-commerce store and have had multiple issues (see reference numbers at bottom). I've reached out to customer service each time with long and frustrating conversations going back to December 2023.Original order (never received) - Order ID **************** My most recent re-order was of the ref: Order ID **************** - lululemon Align *** Pant 28" BLK 4.The order did not arrive at the entered postal address (even though it was the correct and verified address). I again contacted Lululemon customer service and was told there is "nothing they can do" except replace the order and have it re-sent again. I opted to have it sent to a physical store for collection, given their recent mishandling of several online orders. Not only did I not have the pants I re-ordered in time for a professional business workshop, but I also had the major inconvenience of having the physically attend the local Lululemon store, which is about an hour commute from where I reside.When I raised this complaint (and others) to customer service, all I get in return is "we will provide this feedback". The feedback clearly is not working (many customers online have this complaint - via reviews on their website), and the business refused to compensate me at all for not having merchandise I ordered for a business workshop or the major run around they have caused me as a customer.I have now collected the *** leggings and have noticed the material has a fray. I have worn these leggings once and have not attempted to wash them yet.
