I enrolled in the nights/weekends CNA course. Before enrolling I called and spoke with a gentlemen and confirmed that any in person mandatory portions would be at night or on weekends, which he confirmed if I enrolled in the nights/weekends course then yes. At the time, it also said online that the books were included in the tuition. In our first zoom meeting (Thurs, Feb 1st), they told us that books are no longer included and sent links of the books we would need to purchase. They also told us that there are mandatory skills labs the next day, on a Friday, during the day 9-3pm as well as the following Friday 9-3pm. On their site they also mentioned that clinical locations are in **************** (where I live). During the first class they said clinicals are also during the daytime during the week, unless we go to Riverside, which is the only location offering weekend clinicals and it will take longer to complete the course. I emailed them after the class asking if there was any time to come in other than Friday during the day, since I work full time and enrolled in this course because it said nights/evenings. I received no response. I called the next day and spoke with ********** who told me I was not the only one having an issue with the schedule and that she can move me to the course that starts in March, so that I have enough time to request the Fridays off with my work. I said that was fine and confirmed the deposit and fees I've paid would be transferred over. She confirmed yes. Then a couple weeks later I got the email from her saying they are not having the classes in March, they are being pushed back to April. At this point, I just asked for a refund since I already felt like they were scamming people over false advertising. It has been two weeks with no refund and they are not replying to emails asking for an update. I feel they are scamming people into registering for a class they don't even offer, and then not refunding when people withdraw.Business response

Our business is currently offering classes and training students. A refund request has been received and the funds have been processed to be returned to the student.
