In late 2019 a tree fell on my house. The insurance company sent this company out for emergency repairs and they haanded me a contract to sign. Because of delays they’ve had to send in supplements to the insurance company for higher prices.. My insurance company has heard. Nothing extra from them .They owe me a patio cover a bay window and maybe some extra stuff but they are just not doing anything. They built a wall that looks really bad that you’re just not activate all.Business response

Haven CR is a preferred vendor to the homeowner insurance company and the insured did sign a work authorization selecting us to do the work approved by his insured company.
Regarding his statement, "Because of delays they've had to send in supplements to the insurance company for higher prices", is an incorrect statement. As a preferred vendor to the insurance company, we have a strict process we must follow, and all estimating must follow their pricing structural which must be approved before moving forward. We also had to request supplements for “trade” work that were needed that were not on the initial approved estimate.In this case, delays were due to initial inspection/estimating process and approvals. We had to apply for permits, city approvals, inspection approvals, material availability, pending supplements, and a couple of rescheduling from the insured himself. We want to complete this job ASAP but must comply with the insurance.
The wall that was built had to pass the city inspection which was approved.
I followed up this morning on this claim. We had to make some adjustments to our final supplements but waiting on approval to move forward and complete this job. We will be contacting the insured to continue providing updates and as soon as we get the approval, we will move quickly to complete this job. - Thank you.

This company came in and did a sloppy job and it’s not giving me my money back that I gave them upfront $38,000 and they only have done a little bit of work that is done done correctly and I’m struggling I’m getting my money back.Business response

Customer changed his mind and has his friend that its a contractor perform the work . Our office its in the process of processing the refund . Our work was not done incorrectly or sloppy , we were simply stopped in the middle of the project. Again we are in the process of refunding the customer
