      I purchased Storypod and a lot of accessories for my 3 yr old for Christmas. It has never worked properly. I have emailed and called the company multiple times. Emails go unanswered and they never answer the phone.

      I am in need of a return label as the item order # SP68360 was to be recieved by December 18th 2023 as it was ordered December 10th 2023. The shipment tracking #********************** was shipped everywhere except my address even to ************ until it arrived at my door in ******** December 27th 2023 Watching the tracking information I could see it would not arrive for my granddaughter for her Christmas and ************ needed to be purchased at another store. I have repeatedly ask by email to www.storypod.com requesting a return label at least 4 times and if you call the customer service number you can only leave a message of which I never receive a response. I need a return label and a refund of $26.98

      I accidentally ordered a duplicate item. Storypod says they offer free returns. I have reached out via email, telephone and the return form. They never respond. The order number is SP64161.

      I placed an order on November 25th, I have contacted the company on serval occasions through email, since they do not provide a phone number. I have received a few replies, but not answering my questions or updating tracking to let me know when my order will arrive. The tracking has remained the same since the first notice stating my package shipped. I would like my money refunded immediately if I do not receive the package by Wednesday, December 27th.

      (Storypod order #SP68245) I ordered and was charged to my credit card for 3 storypods and only one arrived in the delivery box. In a space of a week of sending 4 emails to their customer support and 4 messages left at the number provided, no response or reason for the missing items has been received to resolve the issue. I have contacted my credit card company and have requested a full refund.

      I ordered a StoryPod along with 2 Toy monsters direct from StoryPod on 11/29/23 for my grandsons birthday (12/10). The package was received on 12/15 but only included 2 monsters and the sleeve that goes around the Pod. There was NO STORYPOD the main piece of this item!!Order # *****. Nowhere is there a phone #to call. They only offer a form that is sent via email. I sent 3 emails with no reply. I then sent an iMessage on the ******** page. Still no reply. I just posted a comment on their ******** page. I saw where another person is having the same issue. If my grandson ***** opened it and played with the little monsters, I would return them hoping for a refund, but we probably wouldnt get that either. The total for the order is $105.99. The monsters were Free. The StoryPod was $99.99.Taxes -$6.00.

      I purchased a storypod for a Christmas present on 11/23/23 and received it on 12/8/23 I immediately tried to set up the storypod and realized it was not working, I reached out on their website with no response, I then emailed them and received a response how to a hard reset of the speaker I emailed them back with videos and pictures as requested, they said they would have a technician review the info and get back to me, I have since called and left messages and sent other emails without a response, their message says they will get back within 24 hours but I have not received any response, I would just like a replacement or if they can't do that my money back.

      On Nov. 20, 2023, I ordered three Storypods. When they arrived, I realized they would not be appropriate Christmas gifts, as I had hoped. (It became clear to me, an older person with some technical challenges, that I would be saddling the childrens parents with lots of other expenses that I didnt understand were sort of baked into the product.) I followed the company website policy on returning the products and receiving a refund. Over the past several weeks, I have emailed and called the company multiple times and I cannot get a response, either by email or by phone. Can you assist in this simple refund?

      Our product was bought directly from the site last year. It was under warranty for 1 year. Within that year- our product broke. Attempted to contact the company via email on their page for a few months. No response. Attempted to call once a week for 4 weeks and left messages- no response. Messaged on ********** no response. I finally got a response after I commented multiple times on multiple posts and after they saw the comments, I did get a message response but then they only messaged once and I havent heard back since. I have been putting follow up messages but they are not responding. Our warranty is now expired and our product is still broken with no resolution in sight.

      After a delay in cmmunicaiuton with the customer due to the extremely busy holiday season, the techincal issue was resolved and a replacement item was sent to the customer.
