I ordered a Club car Jan 2023 and was told it would take approx 8 months. I just took delivery on Friday Dec 1 2023. It was not the golf cart I ordered and appeared to be a demo with a few scratches and dents already. They zip tied the owners ****** over the side of the cart with the damage in a deliberate attempt to pass it off as new.Business response

Dear ********************,
We were notified directly by **************** of damage to his car and both our Production Director, ***************************, and Sales Associate, *******************, Sales inspected ******************** vehicle at his residence. The vehicle is currently in our shop, and we are replacing the driver side panel, handle, and front cowl from gray to blue. We anticipate the car being completed today and will contact **************** to schedule delivery within the next day or two.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Cart mart resolved the issues and actually did a terrific job. Thank you both
