I needed my new purchase shipped from the seller in Virginia to my home in California. I have had several cars shipped before, and got quotes from the companies I used previously. All were priced oh-so-high. I then got a referral to Windsor, and I contacted Richard. The quote was definitely reasonable and I'm glad I chose Windsor to have my car shipped. The process went very smoothly, and my car arrived in good condition with no issues at all. I have already recommended Windsor to friends who needed to have a car shipped, and I will call them first the next time I need a car shipped.Review from Lisa B

I worked with Richard to ship a car from California to Upstate NY. I had a small window that the car could arrive. Richard worked with me every step of the way. He answered all my questions, helped me understand how the process worked and gave me confidence in an industry that does not have a good reputation. The car was picked up and delivered on time without any issues. I highly recommend this company. Richard responded quickly and clearly to my inquiries regarding the transport of a 1960 Morris Minor Panel Van from Los Angeles to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. The carrier was assigned an hour after e-signing the contract on a Friday afternoon. The car was picked up without incident that very evening, transported in an enclosed trailer (unexpected and much appreciated), and delivered in perfect condition exactly on time the following Monday morning. The driver was cheerful, efficient, polite, and helpful. The price paid was the price quoted; not the cheapest I'd been offered from a dozen companies but below the median and an absolute bargain for the service provided. The whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly and stresslessly. Thanks, Richard!

Used Windsor to ship my car from New York to Los Angeles and I’m so glad I did… I have had so many nightmare experiences of shipping cars in the past using other companies all who promised but did not deliver literally! Windsor promised and delivered the car on time and the service as white glove from start to finish. Richard communicated throughout the entire time answering all my questions. The price also was very good compared to other carriers and the carrier driver was professional overall an excellent experience… will definitely use Windsor for all future car transportsReview from Sally R.

In a world of high pressure sales and false promises, Windsor Auto Transport is the real deal. My expectations were totally exceeded and I received no pressure premium service. Richard was always available and provided an amazing carrier driver. My vehicle was delivered promptly to its destination. I did extensive research and am so happy that I chose Windsor. Windsor are by far the Best company I’ve ever used for auto transport and I would not consider using anyone else. Richard communicates from start to finish and even goes the extra mile and answers my late nights communications Making it a completely seamless and totally stress-free experience. I have used Windsor on 4 separate occasionsDuring the last two months and on each Occasion The service the communication the cost of the the transportation were all excellent This is old school customer service at its very best
