I did an online order with the business two weeks before 2/14/24. To have them deliver an edible arrangement an flowers. They didn't deliver anything and didn't contact me regarding the delivery. Then they weren't answering their phones when I called to demand a refund. When I finally got a hold of someone on 2/16/24, they said they would provide a refund with in 5 days and never refunded me. They stole my money with no explanation and no refund.Initial Complaint

Transaction date 2/8/2023. Paid $153.98 for the bundle deal.Hello,I am the recipient. I received a box of dipped chocolate and the flowers are missing. I called the store 5 times and left a message but no answer. I also reached out to Edible Arrangements corporate office to file a complain and I got a case reference #*******. Still no one solve the issues. I feel like this is a scam from the Edible Arrangement store located in ******************************* because from Yelp.com they did this in the past to many customers. We are demanding for a refund.I also attached the receipt, email case# from the corporate and phone logs of how many times i called the store.
