I first got contacted by alliance loan support to renew my loan program payment back in September of 2021. They told me my loan wasn't scheduled to be renewed until November. At the time I didn't have a job, so I didn't have to pay anything. I started working November 15, 2021. After that, I started receiving calls and emails from them telling me I needed to renew my loan. They would call me at work when I was unable to speak with anyone. I asked them to call me during my lunch hour so we could take care of this. Everytime I spoke with someone they told me they'd call me when I was available but they NEVER did. They continued to call when I was unavailable. I left voicemails for them to return my call and my hours of availability again but no one ever called. On 3/ 15, they sent an email stating they tried multiple times to reach me and I was gonna be dropped from their forgiveness program and my payments would increase to $641.80 when I was only paying $5.
