This company did not dispatch a wheelchair to pick up my mother from my car today at ********************. I called and was transferred to them. They said they put in the request. I waited a 15 minutes in the hot sun with my 90 year old mother in the car. No wheelchair. I called back to check, she said I was in the queue, and I was next. Ten minutes, I call back and she picks up the phone and hangs up. I called again-- same thing.SO I locked my mother in the car, and went into the airport. I literally RAN after someone who had a wheelchair and asked him to get my mother. He asked for my name and checked my request. There was no request. He didn't have any other requests in the que either-- it's not like they were busy, apparently. The person who was putting in the requests for this company at 11am Sunday 4/21/2024 is a vicious lazy monster. She doesn't do her job, and she doesn't care.
