            THIS IS AN URGENT MESSAGE INTENDED FOR: **** *********N, IN REGARDS TO LEGAL DOCUMENTS. PLEASE CALL B & A FILING SERVICES @ ###-###-#### REFERNCE NUMBER: LA-***** A PROCESS SERVER WILL BE DISPATCHED TO SERVE YOU AT YOUR MOST RECENT KNOWN ADDRESS AND/OR YOUR MOST RECENT PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. IF THEY DO NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM YOU BY 5 P.M TODAY! YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED! I received this message on July 19, and it frightened me. These people had contacted my family members claiming to need to talk to me about an urgent matter. I contacted them and was told that I had a credit card debt from 2002-2003 with Maryland National Bank, the debt was $2,550! The guy name was ****** ********* was his name and he stated that being that I say in ********* there is a tolling fee thay occurred over the years which prevent this debt from expiring after the statue of limitations. ****** stated that if I don’t agree to pay something today, the St. **** ****** clerk office was coming serve me with papers. He stated that the debt was over 14,000.00 due to accumulated over the years. He was so convincing and he told me that if I didn’t pay the debt they would seize my assets like my bank account, suspend my driver license, take my tax return! Even though I had no idea of this credit card debt, he had me convinced of it.

            I would give a negative if I could. These people are all scammers. They take “potentially” old debts from as far as 20+ years, draw up fake papers with “Attorney” fees in the thousands if the random inflated number they want paid isn’t satisfied. They work out of a virtual office and have fake websites rerouting to each other. They’re smooth talkers but thin AF if you follow the trail. They get butthurt if you request any sort of validation. They’ll try and flank you by calling relatives - just tell your family you’re being scammed by the scum of the earth. These folks will be in prison, soon, for sure.
