On or about Dec 7 2021, Mr. ******** ********, aka Nap, responded to my outreach to assist with an IRS audit. And Professional negligence. Clients relying on professional organizations promising assistance, do not deserve this kind of treatment. Dec 7 2021 – we outreached for IRS audit assistance Dec 14 2021 – He asked me to sign a PoA Dec 15 2021 – He asked me to sign an updated PoA - Jan 18 2022 – I informed him that there was a letter from IRS (delinquency notice) and he said that he will look at it on Jan 19. He said he was done with a seminar and will keep me updated by the end of tomorrow. Jan 19. Jan 21 2022 – 1:37pm he asked me for some W2 info. And I sent him the response Jan 21 2022 – asked for additional info. And I sent him the additional info he’d asked such as Mortgage Insurance data etc. and informed him that I will send him the medical Bills by Monday. Jan 24 I contacted the hospital for the bills. Jan 24 I received the bills from the hospital Jan 24– I forwarded the requested data in a link to the cpa Jan 30 _ I received a dropbox notice that the docs were not downloaded. - Feb 10 – He says he is doing his best and confirms he is helping us Feb 23 – We ask for an update Feb 24 – He says he will be helping us next week and by March 15 the latest -- March – He never fulfilled his promise of March 15. He never updated us. -- Apr 30 – We asked for an update. He ignored us. -- May 7 – We asked for an update though mutual friends. He continued to ignore -- May 29 – I received Statements from IRS requesting $35k by June 20th. Attorney requesting data from IRS say that the Jan communication were delinquent notice. And the CPA should have responded by 90 days. But since the CPA had not there is nothing that can be done. May 29 - I sent the CPA an email about it. And he continues ignoresCustomer response

Thank you for the response to my outreach.I would like the business to commit to their delivery promise properly and professionallyAnd also see that this complaint impacts their rating, because people seeking professional assistance do not deserve to be treated in this manner.Thank you for all your help and services
