      I ordered a kickstand August 28th 2023. I put an order in for the kickstand I wanted for $39.99. This company has done nothing but harass me for photos and the serial numbers of the bike that Im purchasing the kickstand for. There are options to choose what kind of kickstand you can buy. I told them to send the kickstand or refund my money. They have done neither.

      On 7/3/2023 I ordered two electric bikes from the Rattan Bike Company in Cucamonga California . First Bike Pathfinder ST was $1449 Second bike ***** **O was $1199 Received the bikes on July 11th or 12th and immediately recognized that the ***** **O was far too big for my stature. I contacted the company by July 13th to request directions and instructions on returning the bike. I asked for instructions and sent all the required documentation ( invoice and bike photo) only to receive nonstop text and emails in broken English such as ( we can be help you)( we no can answer today). The company has no working phone. I made the statement repeatedly that I understood there would be a return fee of $180 and I simply needed I structures on returning the bike. I still have no response from the company and am now beyond the 2 week return time because of the stall tactics used by the company

      Item purchased on October 22nd, 2022. Item came and was missing a kick stand and soon after the battery had issues. I started a return to return the bike on November 6th, 2022. The seller contacted me in regards to this and asked me continuously to troubleshoot the issue regarding the battery. They quickly resolved the kickstand issue, but not the battery issue. They resolved the claim on their side, but the issue was not resolved. I then contacted the company again regarding the battery issue, yet never was able to resolve the issue. I then sent the bike back via UPS for a cost of $650. While the item was shipping back, I received a response from the seller stating they would refund me in 1-2 days once the item came. Five days later they responded with they refused to return the item and will "fix" it. At this point with $650 shipping cost, $1,282.93 for the bike and all of the time spent on this. I would just like a refund for the item purchased ($1282.93). I have documentation of the return being approved, the seller stating they would refund me and my receipts of payments of shipping the item back to the seller.

      I purchased an electric bike (***** fat bear 750s) for $1799us direct through the ******/***** website on 04/08/2022. Upon receiving of bike, the battery did not work. The company sent a new one. Then the motor died within 3 months. The company sent me a new motor and expected me to install it without any knowledge on how to do so. I complained and they sent money to take to a bike shop to professionally be worked on. I did that but the bike still would not start. The company informed me that it’s the controller and it needs to be replaced. They sent me a new controller, which they also expected me to install on my own and did not offer to send it to an actual electric bike shop for repair. By this time, I completely lost all trust and faith in the bike/company and have already been asking for a refund which they kept refusing. They kept insisting I keep trying to fix the bike. So I installed the new controller and still the bike would not work. At this time, rattan/***** agrees to the refund but only when they get the bike back in their possession. They refused to send me a box to put the bike in and I was forced to pay out of pocket $100 to get a custom box made and packing material. Once the company receives the bike back, they say that the bike is used, the battery doesn’t work, etc. all these things that was already known to them prior! They once again, refuse to give my refund back and offer to either fix the bike or replace with a refurbished one. I refused and said I do not trust the company or its products and that they had promised me in email that once they received the bike, they would process the refund. As of today it’s been 3 days since my last email to them and they have not responded. I only want a refund, nothing more and as of now they have the bike and my money. Thank you for your time and I hope that you may be able to help me in this situation.

      I ordered a rattan bike in November 2021. They sent me one that would not work because of the cable. It took me months to get a hold of someone to send me a cable. When I took it to a bike shop to install the cable, the shop said the bike is missing 2 safety clips that cannot be purchased anywhere else. Now it’s taking me months again just to get a hold of someone. It is not true that they have a local office. Everything is coming from China. False marketing. The reason I bought the bike online is I thought they had a local store. Again, false advertising. They keep saying someone will email me…it has been a year. I still have not used the bike not even once!

      I paid Rattan Bikes $999.00 for a Rattan Compass late Dec. Order #**** this bike has done nothing but fall apart since I got it. I'd like the company to do the right thing replace this trash bike. Again they do not contact me

      I purchased a Rattan Pathfinder 750W mountain e bike on 2/18/22. The battery would not charge so I took it to a professional bike shop and he told me that the battery was no good. The bike repair shop and I have tried to contact the company about this issue. No one gets back to us. We have given them everything that they have asked for. I do not want to pay for a new battery when it is still under warranty,which will run out soon. I paid &1,099.00 for this bike.

      Their current attachment shows all the information about the bike. I bought this bike and have been having problems with the battery ever since I bought it. Also the kickstand is very flimsy in the bike tilts over to the side almost falling on the ground. The kickstand needs to be warranty out also.Besides that I have been trying to get in contact with the company since the beginning of the year and have had no luck. The product currently has a year warranty on it and I am nearing the end of that year warranty still company is not replying back about my warranty. I eventually did get in contact and email back and forth for over a week and still have not came to any resolution with the company. All of a sudden they have stopped emailing me and I have got no response back. I have contacted my bank regarding this information and they said since it's pass the 90 days they are not able to help me with this problem. I can also send copies of all the email respondents if need be. I also have a chat wish they say to have on their website and it actually does nothing and that is also attached. All I want done is simply for my ebike battery and kickstand to be replaced as stated in the warranty. The battery dies too fast. I have tried all the resolutions and sent the information that they wanted but still have not came to any irresolution once again the company just stopped email. I have also even emailed through a different email address and they still have not responded. If you go on their website they're on multiple multiple negative reviews about this company and their warranties and not warranty and out items as specified on their website. They have a phone number on their website which does literally nothing but ring and says leave a voicemail and the voicemail is full and it's always been that way since day one. No matter when you call it's always that. Once again all I want is for my battery and kickstand to be replaced before the warranty ends.

      Have a Rattan Compass. It 2 months old bike will not stay on. Trying to contact them is impossible. So they have robber $999 from me. The bike is worhless
