On 3/4/2023, I placed a phone order. The person taking my order ******** ******** began to take my order. He was having difficulty inputting my order. He became frustrated and overwhelmed. He quickly took my order and did not review it or give me a total price for my order. I arrived at the store, and he charged me $100 dollars. This amount was incorrect. I let him know that the order was incorrect as well as the price. He then began yelling at me, telling me that the order was complicated, and he could not take my order again. He started yelling at the assistant manager telling me them that they needed to take my order. I couldn't even hear the manager, because he was yelling over them complaining about my order. The manager finally took my order, while the ******** continued to yell and complain about me. I then asked the person bagging my order to please review it to make sure it was correct. The whole time I was waiting for my order he was yelling and following me around the restaurant. I try to avoid speaking with him, but he kept harassing me telling me it was my fault the order was incorrect. This type of violent and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and the whole time the manager failed to address him or prevent him for harassing me.
