  Great service and they delivered our trailer in the time frame that was originally drawn out. We get compliments on our trailer at every event we do saying how unique and eye-catching it is. The return on your investment is very quick!

  I have never experienced such AMAZING customer service and professionalism in my entire life!!! When making a huge purchase like this, you definitely want people who care and are willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND! If I could give 10 stars I ABSOLUTELY would do it!!! Keep up the good work!!

  Me and my husband have been operating our little food trailer for a little over a year and we are very satisfied with arete's services and the trailer they built for us. This was actually our third food truck we've opened, we had a full size 20 ft motorized food truck about 3 years ago prior to covid and before that we had another smaller trailer about 17 ft, but there were too many issues with our truck maintenance wise, and being so large the parking was costly. Out of the 3 food truck/trailers we've had, and the companies we've worked with, Arete has been our best experience. We've realized a 12 ft is perfect for what we want to do, it gave us more options for event space, and we just couldn't believe the affordability they offered and the speed in which they process everything. It was almost alarming, but we read all the great reviews and decided to try our luck again. When we received the trailer, it came earlier than anticipated, and now after a year, all we can say is their service has been one of the most exceptional experiences with any company. Taylor and Andrew have been especially diligent with us all the way. We had only a handful of small issues in the first year, which says a lot in this business where everything breaks down, but surprisingly our little trailer has been more reliable than our other trucks. They have gone beyond their scope of coverage in helping us resolve any issue. We get so many compliments on our trailer, and are more than happy to recommend Arete, they are just all around great people.

  I purchased a trailer from them 2 years ago and still cannot use it in my city because everything failed the inspection. I have endured everything from questionable PORT paperwork which had 2 different vin#'s that almost had my trailer blacklisted from the DMV because it looked questionable to the build itself not being NSF certified which is what I requested per my city. They're response was "oh don't worry it's commercial equipment so it should be ok" Wrong!! And after numerous correspondence with them, in the end they just took my money and washed they're hands of it. They claim they had done all they can to help me when everything they did caused more problems for me with my city. So now I am stuck with a trailer that is unusable and have to spend double what I paid to get it legal in my city. I will NEVER buy from them again nor will I EVER refer anyone to them as well. If you live outside of their city make sure you are clear about what your paying for and don't let them try to convince you otherwise. I put alot of faith in what they told me and ended up paying for it the end. I would of been better off getting it through Alibaba which is where they get it manufactured anyway in China. This is why they discourage you from going through Alibaba because they want to charge more for the same shotty build. SHADY!!

  *****, I'm sorry but this is not true, you are failing to mention that we asked you to check with your county prior to the build 2 years ago if they would allow nsf or standard commercial appliances, which WE HAVE the email from your inspector who approved the entire build with floorplans prior to your build. Now they went back on their word, and WE are getting the blame for it. We mention this very clearly on our website, along with making it very clear in our order process. We would never say "it should be ok" NO, you NEED to check everything out before purchase for THIS EXACT REASON. Now your encouraging people to go through an unlicensed manufacturer so they can have their trailers seized with customs and lose their investments, and all this just because your upset at your inspector. You told me multiple times that you loved your trailer, and profusely thanked me, but now instead of an honest review, you are saying whatever you can to slander our family's business because you are upset and thats not fair to us. You know we put in so much hard work to build our factory, build up our company, guide you through the process, assemble your trailer, and you thank us, but as soon as something outside of our control goes wrong you just rip apart our business. If you wouldn't have threatened us constantly, we probably would have given you the appliances for free to do what you like, and you very well know this is true, you know our character and who we are.

  These guys are top notch. First of all the pricing is online, who else does that?? I shopped around a bit, looking at builders across the country, but save yourself some time, Arete is by far the best price. And what really surprised us is the quality, when we came down to their showroom, its small, but they have each model there to show, and you can see for yourself. We can attest ours came in exactly as shown, there's no hidden fees or anything. The best thing about these guys, its a small family business, and they really take care of you, solid stand up guys here. Other places we called were a little short with us and these guys lay everything out for you first time you call in, in about 5 minutes. The first of many, we will be ordering again soon, Arete you guys were really amazing, thank you.

  Just a top notch service. We were scammed recently on alibaba and made the mistake thinking that the trailer would be the same as these others. We soon learned after 7 months that it would be seized from the customs and border protection. Arete even warns of this exact scenario, but it was too late when we started. After more deep searching, and working with several quotes, Arete stood out to us as the most straight shooter, and made sure to ask us about our local health codes. All the interactions were great, just a solid group of guys here. They arranged the delivery, guided us over the phone and the quality is excellent. After operating a few months we have no complaints.

  Had to chime in on here, there's a couple people that are trying to besmirch the good reputation and good name of Arete. But first let me tell you our experience, we've been working with this family for the past 5 years on a number of projects, from coffee to shaved ice to burger stands, they have been by far the most professional, most affordable, best value we have found, and just all around good hearted people. We've had a number of issues arise over the years, this is typical, anyone who knows restaurants knows this to be true. In fact anyone reading this, warning this industry is not for the soft. Arete has fixed or helped us with literally EVERY, SINGLE, ISSUE we have had on all of our trailers for the past 5 years. & I can't begin to explain how impressive that is. and I'm not sure how trying to completely ruin the company that built you a business would help, but its most certainly a misrepresentation and I think the replys on here read well because if it were me or any number of these food truck builders, not a single penny would be given, let alone offering refunds dealing with this BS. We have 6 operations under tyson ranch in florida. we also have operations now opening in DFW, guess whos got the contract to build? We'd choose nobody else at this pt. If you want to get real feedback, contact a real restauranteur like ourselves, don't trust a couple bad apples on here with no experience in the game.
