      I paid for my insurance and provided my ID and they wrote the policy under a different name and they want me to sign it or they will cancel it, I told them to correct it and they say it can't, the agent's name is ********* ****** at the ******************** and told him I want my money back or will take him to court

      Please do not do business with Adrianas Ins. Legit a scam. I paid ****** on on August 24 for 2 vehicles. On Sep 23 I tried canceling and there charging me ****** to cancel just to cancel pathetic!

      If I knew all this complaints, would never sign papers with Adrianas Insurance as they are very bad what they do. **************** is very rude and only what they want to do is to charge more money. Also noone ever explained that Adrianas Insurance it is not an insurance company! They are Brokers? Also agent on line makes you sign all papers right away, as there is no time to think about it. If you made any mistakes and want to change it, agent states to call in two weeks. So than they gonna charge you additional fees to make changes.

      I worked for this employer as a member of the HR department. The company says they value their employees but it is all a lie. As a member of talent acquisitions they had me discriminate elderly candidates as well as race discriminate. The Hr Director and Legal personal were also discriminatory and made the final say regarding candidates. There was no clear direction as far as work, It was clear that there was favoritism here at the business. Its also worth stating that all the members whom were in management were also related to the Ceo in some way shape or form. This was no doubt one of the most unprofessional workplaces I have ever had to work at and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Nothing you do matters here and they dont give 3 month or annual raises to anybody, they are cheap.... They were paying a manager and a direct employee of a Director $25 an hour and they hadnt seen a raise a year into the business. Do Not Work Here!

      I THINK ADRIANAS INSURANCE IS A BIG OLE FRAUD...... YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEM BEING INSURANCE BROKERS ETC ETC ETC THEY WOULD HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDEGE TO HELP A CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF BURNING ME OF MY MONEY. I TOOK OUT A POLICY WITH THEM AND I EXPLAINED TO THE **** THAT WAS HELPING ME THAT I NEEDED WHATEVER INSURANCE THERE TO COVER MY VEHICLE WHETHER IT BE FULL COVERAGE OR LIABILITY ......HER KNOWING IT WAS A 2022 ***** AND THAT I WAS GONNA NEED FULL COVERAGE SHE CHARGED ME AND GAVE ME LIABILITY AND THEREFORE I WASNT ABLE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE OFF THE *** SO HERE I HAD TO CANCEL THE POLICY THE FOLLOWING DAY NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER THIS WAS JAN 17 **** AND IM STILL WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL REFUND ETC ETC ETEC

      ************************************* is a liar and a thief. He quoted me a certain price for a 6 month premium and explained what my initial payment amount would be. He asks for my card info, charges me the amount. I get access to my account and go check out the billing section, and there is a discrepancy of $125. At no point did ************************************* ever say that my payment would be diverted into his pocket. And keep in mind, our whole quoting conversation happened via text messages. He did not disclose any broker fees. And the stupid part is they didn't send me documents to sign and review until well after charging my card. We spoke on the phone to clear this all up, and he keeps saying if you look at the documents you will see there are broker fees. And I kept telling me BRO, you didn't send me the docs for over a half our after you charged my card. Explain how my balance makes no sense with just our text conversation because that's all I had before giving you my card dude! Avoid this place by any means necessary.

Being 23 yrs old couple checking insurance after insurance charging an arm and a leg is a hassle & some over-price like a MuthaF#&#. NOT AT ADRIANAS INSURANCE BEST PRICE, QUICK PROCESS, NO **** QUESTIONS, & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR FIRST TIME INSURANCE!!!
