I ordered a spoiler for my new Tesla Model 3 a little less than two months before I received the vehicle because there was a 4th of July sale. When my car showed up I found the spoiler doesn't fit and is crooked. I sent photos to the company and despite selling me a bad product they will only exchange it if I pay to ship it back to them since it was more than 30 days. I paid $60 for shipping to begin with, and the item was over $200 and I refuse to pay for a mistake that was on them, since they told me they check the fitting on the product before it goes out. I purchased an item that in the description was did not say it did not work for my car. In the compatibility section it does state that, its a small link you need to click on. You would think that this would be in the description. I shipped the item back for $50 and I paid $69 for the item. I just wanted some type of credit 1/2 way to buy something else. When I look at it from the shopping cart I had it does not have the compatibility in there.
