Purchased item online from their website on Oct. 2, 2022. I never received an email noting the item was on the way so inquired by email. I received a response saying shipping from overseas was delayed. Then an email that the item would be shipped by Nov. 1, 2022. I looked up their Etsy account and that account had been deleted. I looked up their Instagram account and looked for positive reviews. I found many others that had not received their items or any response to their inquiries. I then looked up their Instagram account info and they had changed their name 17 times. Then I couldn't find them anymore on Instagram. I called them - found their number via my online credit card statement. There was a woman on the other end of the message and I left a message. I finally sent one more email asking for a response and that if I didn't hear back, I would refute the charge on my credit card and I never heard back. I looked up their coding online and saw they used Shopify and sent them an issue "report" as well mainly so others wouldn't be taken advantage of, and was notified that they do not look into their retailers.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company for Christmas gifts on 10/30/2022. On 11/13/2022 they sent and email stating delay from their supplier should be shipping out this week . I have emailed 3 times to follow up and no response. Their website is not available any longer. Not sure what other recourse.I have ordered from them on 2 other occasions over the last year with no problems. Something is not right!
