Beginning of March contacted office asking about taxes due to being travel nurse. Sent by email everything asked for March 16th. I asked about lawyer costs deduction wise for taxes and was asked to send more information so I did March 21st. I checked March 28th to make sure they go everything they needed to prepare my taxes. Was told yes. April 7th I checked to see if would be done by April 18th and told yes would be done before April 18th. I called april 15th to the office and told I was already filed for an extension by them without being asked or notified. I asked office to call prior to sending out when done and asked by email for proof of extension. Found out later its filed under wrong PO box number. May 27th, I emailed asking again about taxes. ***********************, CPA emailed me back saying they certified mailed it to me 3x and it said undeliverable each time. No one had contacted me for about a month about right address when it was emailed multiple times (the correct address for permanent residence but I asked for them to contact me for new travel address). I emailed with multiple concerns. A week later got response not responding to all my concerns. I filed elsewhere due to type of service and concerns. They sent me a bill for 300 dollars. I emailed explaining I didnt get all concerns addressed and upset with service, did not find it acceptable. Responded to but not addressing all concerns again. I emailed responding back and received no email back but instead got another bill for 300 dollars but now saying after 90 days it will accrue service charge of 1.5% if not paid.

I am rejecting this response because:

I did not receive an email response back to my email that I sent back on 8/29 which responds to each and every part of your response email but also includes that I would not be sending back my personal information through the mail as well as why would I need to? Your office must have this on file to be able to print it and having me mail it back does not make sense to take my personal information and send it unnecessarily through the mail again when I can shred it instead. I offered that I could send a copy of my receipt using Tax Turbo to file which used none of what was sent to my by this company to file my taxes with. Of course, that was not responded to.

Each time I sent an email with my multiple concerns, none were fully addressed. I always got the same response back about this company being around for X amount of time or that your service is normally exceptional, but did not answer any of my actual concerns or fix any of my actual concerns. As I stated in my email, a professional company would respond in a professional amount of time and if not typically have a bounce back email set up to explain when a response would be expected.

Continuously making excuses and stating how long you guys have not been in business is not an answer or a proper response to concerns in emails. I have asked multiple times the same concerns that were yet again multiple times not answered. The bill resent with additional remarks highlighted do not speak about getting back the forms in response to not paying the bill. That was unclear in email and is not represented in the bill. Why would you guys need these forms mailed back? What does that have to do with not paying you guys the 300 dollars for unprofessional  and incomplete service? As well as the fee was not agreed to be paid by email or by writing or by phone at any point? I would of course assume after being filed to pay but your company did not file it, so where is this agreement that you are talking about? Could I receive a copy of anything I signed or agreed to because I do not recall signing anything of the such and again I would understand once it is filed paying for a complete service.

In multiple emails you have stated you put the incorrect email address and even in this response written for this BBB complaint you stated you put the incorrect mailing address. Attached I put the emails that were sent by you with the incorrect mailing address for the second time. As I stated in the emails a simple phone call would have fixed this situation when I requested for someone to contact me prior to sending out the completed tax return due to traveling and having a different address, or perhaps after still sending it out three times to an incorrect mailing address that was sent back saying undeliverable three times? Or perhaps after receiving any of my emails to you stating I was unhappy with your not exceptional service. That alone would have fixed or resolved all of this.

I am rejecting this response because:

These were attachments added to the business side of this complaint. My previous response had not been responded too as well as my email attached to previous response was replied to the last email from the attachment on August 29th and had not received a response back from ************ or anyone else from the company. My last responses still stand and not been responded too.
