      I order a part from Bidwell Appliance for my washer on the 22nd of July. **** told me it would be here in 5-8 days. I called Monday the 29th for an update and he said it would be here next week which is this week. I asked If there was an estimated day and he said no I'll call you when it's here. Haven't heard anything and their phone doesn't work. I went in today to ask to cancel the order and get a refund (it's been over a month since I've had a working washer). He immediately caught an attitude with me and said no we don't do refunds( his wife even said calm down and don't get frustrated) obviously he acts this way often. His words "Idk who I talked to you or your husband but I told you it would be here between the 8th and 12th" which he didn't. He was very rude I could not believe the way he was speaking to me. He said if I give you a refund it won't be all of it YOU have to pay to send it back. So now I have to wait to see if the part comes in.

      The part came in on the 9 th..and was picked up by the customer The receipt The customer provided shows **** ********************** came out diagnosed the issue $110 and ordered the part .for $335.  In hindsight, the customer is right we should have contacted her regarding the delay  in receiving the computer board. It is no excuse, we have been having personal issues and our phone was stolen and Spectrem unlike other carriers take over a week to send a replacement, So we have had no phone to store. But our 2 other phones listed work.I apologize  you feel treated badly. However You received what you paid for.  We are a Small Business not a large company. Sometimes We don't always cross our t s' and dot our it's. Again I apologize you were not told of the delay.

      On December 22, 2023 we went to Bidwell Appliance and purchased a brand new stove. When we purchased the stove my husband notice one of the k**** were broken. The owner of the store said he was going to order a new one and will bring to our house to replace the following week. Never happened. On February 9, 2023 my family came over to have dinner, we when to use the oven it never came on, we had to order pizza. Tried using the oven later still never worked. Called Bidwell on 2/10/23 to inform them the oven wasnt working, talked with his register person, she was going to contact a technician but wasnt sure they would make it that day. Asked about the k*** that was supposed to be previously ordered. I received a call back and was told technicians were not answering if we wanted to set an appointment for tech to come out, which I was upset and said no I want my oven fixed. On 2/12/13 I received from Bidwell employee asking if I wanted to schedule appt to have tech come to look at stove. I asked why just to look? she was going to ask came back stated had to order parts. On 2/13/2023 received a call from Bidwell asking me to take a picture of the serial numbers, manufacture information. I was upset and asked about the k*** but apparently the company cancelled the order? On 2/21/2023 set appt from 1-3 pm for repair with parts. They showed up ***** min after 3pm worked till 6pm just to tell us top burners work fine but the digital plate on the oven now went out so we still cannot use the oven. There was nothing wrong with the top burners. Needless to say we were not happy. Bidwell owner yelled at us and said what you guys dont think I know what Im doing? We agreed thats what we thought. We asked to take the stove and give us our money back to get a good stove. He continued yelling at us saying that he will fight us in court. He left saying he wasnt ordering anything, he will just fight us in court. Go ahead take me take me to court.

      we have have no problem with Dates or times-The receipts shos CIRCLED 60 ********** and labor warranty.Clearly)YES,we were contacted by **************** about k*** and yes and Yes there was some confusion with the correct ****.

      Yes,were contacted 1 month and a half after purchase of stove regarding the malfunction of stove.We came out,worked over 3 hours, 2 Technicians working with the problem with the stove, We finally concluded that it was the main computer board - we needed to order the  Board and we would pay extra for rush delivery. We were told That is unacceptable, We want our money back. We advised that isn't going to happen. Warranty is 60 ********** and Labor. She made claims of taking us to court and BBB. We gathererd our things and left.

      I am rejecting this response because:  when he showed up he first argued with my 88 year old mother regarding the k***  After 3 1/2 hours of working on the oven it not only was working but now the digital panel was not working.  Instead of fixing it he made things worse.  Yes I did say it was unacceptable, we purchased a new stove that worked so take this back give us our money so we can go get one that works.  Bidwell owner started yelling at my husband and myself, I stated I will contact the BBB.  He we t yelling about how he will deal with us in court, that he was not going to order anything he will just fight us in court.   I have never had an owner of a business yell at us the way he did.  We need a new stove that is reliable or the works.  I have my elderly parents living with us and require foods baked In the oven.  ******* owner does not seem to know what he is doing when it comes to fixing our stove.  Thats why a refund will be great so we can both move forward and get what we want.

      Regardless, of what you say transpired with words exchanged. It is clearly noted and even shown by ***************************** own recipt that she submitted. Bidwell Appliance gives a 60 ********** and Labor Warranty. No REFUNDS is posted on the counter where they recived ythe receipt. We would be glad to repair the oven as our policy states.
