I am not liable for this debt with Real Property Management. I do not have a contract with Sierra Receivables Management, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.Business response

A woman named **** spent the day contacting any known contact to me, including my minor child, regarding an account that I had no knowledge of. She also contacted my ex husband, on the same day, 8/25, and provided personal financial information to him without ever contacting me. I have never received a call, letter, or any other form of communication from either the provider nor Sierra Receivables.
