July 15th I paid for two loveseats. One was in stock the other was in stock with the manufacturer and was ordered and I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. The original owners of the are standup, honest business owners. Who I have bought items from in the past. Unfortunately, they sold the business few days after this transaction and the new owners are blaming the previous owners for the loveseat not being in my possession. I am owed $592.00 from the current owners of the business. Each time I call or go into the store I am given some **** *** **** story. The store is now closing it's doors for good as of November 15th with everything being liquidated. I have requested the loveseat or a refund several times. At this point I no longer want the loveseat even if they could order it. I want my money back. No in store credit. Also, they are price gouging. They marked up the prices of all the furniture they are liquidating.
