      I had wonder service the first two visits. The furnace was acting up and they diagnosed it as a motherboard issue. Was told part was almost 700 dollars and ended up paying 1100 total with purchasing the every 6 month they come out and service my unit. Talked with them about getting mini splits but due to financial issues and issues with the house had to wait. ******* started acting up again 2 months later and had them out to take a look again. The last guy didn't seem to know what was going on and tried to say it was the propane (our oven and dryer had no issue) the decided it was some other sensor and we needed to pay for it to be fixed before he can diagnose it. He left the furnace in pieces, we called another company out and low and behold it was the motherboard they installed. Called the company and got the run around for a while then finally they offered around 550 for part and refund on the 6 month tune up. Turns out part was only a little over 300. ***** was very disrespectful in the office. Told us we needed to sign a disclosure before we could get the check eith out letting us know the price, as well as prior they had no one to sign the check in the office because he was out in the field. It "magically" appeared signed and with the math the mark up was triple the part price. With ****** behavior of course we were upset, luckily ****'s dad was there and listen to our concern while ***** said I'm out of here and stormed off. Pretty much got the run around with **** and saying that the mark up paid for them to come out and give estimates and for the gas. Be for warned on what you are paying for. Realize they are making lot of money. I was hoping to do more business but will be going else where. I now know why it has high ratings. People try to cut their losses but can't speak out.

      Just got a new 2 ton 2 stage ac installed yesterday 6-22-23. It was not the one I was expecting when they came to deliver and install. I was told I was getting an inverter system small unit and received a traditional unit that is quite a bit bigger than my old unit that was also 2 ton 2 stage. I received a slight discount for the confusion, that I had to ask for. Receptionist gave me a model number, that wasnt included in the contract, and it did not match the model number of the delivered unit. I only signed after I had verbal confirmation of which model I was getting. I cant be without ac during the heat coming up, so I dont feel as though I had much of a choice after waiting weeks without ac. New ac works ok. Ill be back to update after a better test of the new unit next week with 100+ degree weather.

      Update to previous review. My new unit is holding temperature and didnt struggle at all during the 110 degree heat.
