I was in litigation for a lemon law and I just won. Yesterday 4/12/24 I drove to ******* to pick up my compensation check and was going to reach back out to my bank Monday to square up as they were aware we were in litigation. I ran out after getting my check to get groceries with my husband, we came out 15 minutes later our car was gone from where we parked it. A repo man was sitting at the back of the lot waiting for me. He had been trolling the parking lot and improperly hooked up my Cadillac Escalade ESV and we informed him it needed a flat bed and asked him to put it down but he refused. I tried to show him our litigation docs, but he said he didnt care, used profanity and threatened us while demanding the keys and making threats. I asked him to show me his licensure and the order from our bank. He refused and told me he would call the cops and he would personally arrest me. I was scared but I told him to call and I would also call and then I got in my car and locked the door to wait for the police to come. We immediately noticed my husbands money clip was missing while in the car and tried to ask for it but he then walked to the back of his tow truck but before I could call the police he lifted the *** into the air which caused my *** to topple over which caused the airbags to deploy and knocked my husband unconscious and he fell on top of me from the passengers seat. We were trapped inside and injured but had to climb out on our own. Feeling threatened by this scary ginger man (as we thought he was trying to kill us) we ran for our lives. Witnesses begged him to stop lifting the vehicle but he persisted. If I would have had the car door open I would have fell out and he would have crushed me to death. We have reached out multiple times for the rest of our personal property but no one ever answers the phone. It registered to ********************* as a landline and is currently in service but he will not answer. We want our possessions back please contact us.Initial Complaint

My Vechile was recovered. I have left a message everyday requesting a time to set up to retrieve the items in my car. It has been 8 days with no return call or answering of my phone call. Their voicemail says they will return calls in 24 hours. Their website says you can submit an email request with no email address as well as no address to go to location.Initial Complaint

On January 10, **** the company driver used a machine to scan and see my car was up for repossession. He picked up my car and was nice enough to wait when I came out with a cart full of groceries. I gave him my keys and got a few things I could carry out of the car and asked how to get ahold of them to get my car back and the rest of my property as I had things in there I could not carry. I was given a card and I tried to call over ********************************************************************************************************************************************** after 10 days and I was told there was no property in the car. I had never talked to anyone in the office I do have call records, recordings, and pictures that show property in the car when they picked it up. There was even diabetes medication of my daughters in there that we had forgotten to grab. They refuse to give me my property back and are saying there was none, but I have evidence of all this. I can provide call logs and records as well later if needed to prove the lady who said she talked to me is a liar. If it comes down to it I will be seeking helps from RPD and the courts to get my belongings.Initial Complaint

This company just illegally repossessed my vehicle. My payment was made and was not late. I spoke to the finance company and they said my vehicle wasn't supposed to be repossessed and doesn't know why it was. I want my vehicle back & I have proof my payment was made!!!!!My photo I have uploaded shows my payment was made earlier today. My car wasn't supposed to be towed PERIOD!!
