  HOUSEBOAT RENTALS:

  YOUR ADVANCE DEPOSIT ANDADVANCE PAYMENT FOR A TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE – EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED REASONSSET FORTH BELOW.
  
  You mayreceive a full refund of your deposit and/or advance payment for a tripONLY if you deliver a written cancellation notice to us 45 days or morebefore the departure date for your houseboat trip.
  NOTE:  NO REFUNDif you deliver the written notice of cancellation at any time that is 44 daysor fewer days before the departure date.
  
  You maypurchase trip insurance for up to the full price of your trip.  IFyou purchased trip insurance and you do not take your trip for ANY reason(see below for examples of reasons), then we will refund to you up to$100.00 to reimburse you for a portion of the actual cost you paid to buytrip insurance; provided you deliver to us reasonable evidence of theamount you paid for the trip insurance.  If you do NOT purchase tripinsurance, then you are taking the risk that you will be unable to takeyour trip and that you will receive NO REFUND from us, if your trip doesnot occur for any reason (see below for examples of reasons).
  NOTE:  Bridge Bayencourages all of its guests to purchase trip insurance.  You may purchasetrip insurance by clicking on this link: { https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/find-a-plan }  Please read the trip insurance information carefully – trip insurancedoes not cover every possible reason for a trip cancellation.
  
  Some Examples of thereasons your trip may not occur are listed below.  These are onlyexamples and do not include every possible circumstance that may cause youto be unable to take your houseboat or small boat trip from Bridge Bay atShasta Lake.
  You or someone on yourtrip is too ill to travel
  Your transportation(airline, car, bus) to Shasta Lake is cancelled or is delayed beyond thestart date of your scheduled trip
  There is an accident ordisaster on the Highway 5 Freeway that closes this freeway and would thenprevent all vehicular access to Bridge Bay at Shasta Lake
  There is a naturaldisaster (such as wildfire or high winds) at or near Shasta Lake thatprevents you from reaching Shasta Lake or Bridge Bay at Shasta Lake
  There is a naturaldisaster (such as wildfire or high winds) that affects Shasta Lake andmakes it dangerous or impossible to take a vessel out onto Shasta Lake
  There is a governmentorder from the Forest Service or other agency that requires Bridge Bay atShasta Lake to shut down its operations during the period of yourscheduled trip
  There is a pandemic orsimilar condition that makes it too dangerous to travel to Bridge Bay atShasta Lake or to use the houseboat or small boat on Shasta Lake.
