I was told I could not be seated in most sections of the restaurant and would be restricted to one table in the corner. I was extremely generous leaving a $50 tip for a server's young son. Since that time she is NOT allowed to serve my family. I never go in the restaurant alone I am always with my son, I have never engaged in inappropriate behavior of any kind. I go out of my way to thank everyone in the restaurant for anything they do from pouring coffee to refilling the splenda to serving the meal. My son ****** can attest that we treat anyone who serves us with the utmost respect. These restrictions on where we sit and where we have to sit, and who can and cannot serve us are heartbreaking especially as a disabled veteran. I have heard rumors that Black Bear is not veteran friendly. This certainly does not help that. Your Ms. ************************* has been no help whatsoever. This needs to be resolved by someone at your corporate headquarters.Initial Complaint

8 3 I WROTE THEM I EMAIL THEM AND I WAS TOLD WHEN I WAS THERE THAT THE MEATLOAF WOULD BE REFUND AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME AROUND 2 OR $3.00 DOLLARS. I TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES WHAT HAPPEN AND THAT THE *** WOMEN WAS VERY RUDE ETC THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER ME EVEN WHEN THEY SAY THAT ************** ON THE INTERNET BIG LIE.Business response

I don't believe this was sent to the correct location. I am the General Manager and this is the very first time that I have seen any thing of the sort. The customers address is based out of **********, so it makes me believe that this was a mistake.Customer response

I have reached out to the guest and will send his request to the Black Bear Diner in *********, ********** so they may process the refund. Guest stated they partially refunded the order but he is looking for a full refund.
