    I've been a patient for nearly two years. Phone calls are never directly answered. Voice messages always have to be left. The wait for a return call can take weeks, if at all. Recently, I've been trying for two months for the manager, *****, to complete a request sent to her by New West. I am in need of a BIPap machine. The first request was "lost". New West hand delivered another to ***** a month ago, on April 3, 2023. She had called me that very day, confirming she had it in hand. ***** stated she'd call me back when she figured out what exactly was needed. I never got a call back. I'm still waiting for my new BiPap machine. Sleep Innovations has directly stalled me getting one, putting my health in danger. Calling last week for an update, I was told Sleep Innovations had no paperwork from New West. ***** was supposed to call me on Friday, April 28th, to figure out what was done with the paperwork. Of course, I never got a call back. I've left two more voice messages since, one on May 1st and one today. No one has returned my call. I also just checked the message I sent Sleep Innovations via my patient portal, dated April 24th. No one has responded to that either. As of today, I had to order and pay for my own BiPap machine. I can no longer wait for Sleep Innovations. The cost of the new machine was $1816. Being low income, I cannot afford this extra financial burden. Due to my poor health, I cannot continue living without treatment either.

    My experience with Innovative Sleep Center has been nothing but unprofessional. The people will make fun of you over your medical conditions. The girls at the Chico location were snickering about my weight behind the desk while not moving forward with helping me. I felt so disrespected. They did not call me back when my device was recalled. Philips told me they were in charge of the hand-off. I waited a full year until I decided to give them a phone call. After just one phone call, they called me an hour later saying they “suddenly found” my sleep apnea device. They totally just forgot like I did. Good thing I remembered. Also, they did not attach the sleep study tracking devices on me, so I had to go to the sleep lab twice in Yuba City. I couldn’t even sleep with all those cords wrapped around and stuck to your body. It’s been nothing but run-around a, dead ends, insults, and straight-up disrespect that makes me think this is one of the worst businesses I have ever had the chance to participate with. Not one single redeeming factor I can think of, other than a few sleep techs being the only decent parts. I also was not given a opportunity to order new sleep apnea supplies. I had to call back and figure out a way to schedule an appointment. Also, one girl told me they do not accept Anthem Medi-Cal, but one phone call after, the other team member in Chico told me they do. So, which is it? Very confusing, demeaning, unfriendly, unwise, and unkind. The one star goes to the 2 sleep techs that were actually decent humans and seemed like they cared. I never want to hear about this company ever again, but I’m stuck with them. BEWARE, don’t end up like me!
