This place keeps spamming my phone. They have told me at least a dozen times they were removing me from their list. Unwanted, I never attempted to do business with them, and aggressive calls.Business response

I received a phone call from phone number: ************. A man left a voicemail not identifying himself or the company he was calling about. He left a call back number of: ************. I had personal business with an employment background check. Presuming the call was related, I called back. The man who answered the call at the 702 number was not the same voice that left the voicemail. He identified the caller as his assistant, *****. He collected some personal information before I realized this was not regarding my background check. When questioned, he hung up on me. I tried calling back several times, and my calls were disconnected. I tried calling the 828 number. The automated answer message identified themselves as the central processing center of *** Group LLC. I was given 2 options: sign up for the zero tax initiative by pressing 1 or be added to the do not call list by pressing 2. No other numbers worked to route me to speak with a representative. When I pressed 1 in the attempt to speak to someone, my call was disconnected.Business response

Unfortunately, you have been spoofed or spammed. Additionally, I am a victim of these criminals. They are not authorized to use the name of my business. They are breaking numerous more federal/state violations. Please report the phone numbers, names and any other helpful information to the appropriate authorities. I am also seeking as much information regarding these thugs as possible. Please email myself as much info as possible. This has been a nightmare for my business and I will be attempting *** plus create a class action law suit once they are caught. Below I am providing my information and please be advised, I am the owner and I DO NOT call seeking clients. Thank you for your time and ***********.

We had our taxes done 3/14, noticed an error and called for explanation/correction, we have not heard back and there is no one in the office. We have left multiple messages and text messages that go unanswered. Due to this error we believe that is why we have not received our tax refund.Initial Complaint

Dropped off all documentation to file 2022 taxes in March. No return calls and office locked. Cannot get documents back to file my taxes due tomorrow.Business response

This is HILARIOUS. She was advised she owed several thousands of
dollars because she took out over $109K in retirement money and only
had $8K with held. I would not manipulate the numbers and then she
said she could do Turbo Tax for $99 and I said, Please do. Bottom
line she owes and I wouldnt lie for her.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
This business has me confused with someone else My complaint was not because of amount owed.I always owe and fully expected to pay. At the time of filing the complaint my documents were lost/misplaced so I didnt even KNOW the balance due. At the time of my complaint, the business doors were shut and owner no-showed for 2 appointments. My docs were finally located and returned to me (post due date so extension had to be filed). Now that I have my original paperwork back, I dont expect any further action. Potential customers should be aware this business is poorly run and owner appeared mentally unstable and confused. Again, I was mistaken for another client, my documents were lost and not produced until weeks after the filing deadline, and the owner was hostile. *** took multiple attempts to locate her since doors were locked. Her own assistant told me I was not the only customer being ignored and that the owner was struggling with physical and mental health issues.
