      The front wheel of our new Chrysler Pacifica hybrid fell off as my wife was pulling into our driveway. She was going less than 5 mph. We had the car towed by AAA to the subject dealer. We were told it was a warranty repair and would take about a week. On Feb 5, 2024 we were told to rent a car from National to get a good rate and that they (the dealer) would pay us back for the cost. It eventually took 10 days and the rental car cost $417.68. We subsequently filed a request for payment with the dealer on 2/15/24. To date we have not been repaid. Weve inquired many times and asked for a status report. The most recent was today (8/5/24) and we were told the problem was, at corporate. We have nine of these. Im retired military on a fixed income and really cant afford to lose $400+ ! Please help.

      I spoke to ************* and advised her that Chrysler does not allow reimbursement from the dealership level and that she would have to go through the manufacturer. We did advise her of the contact information and emailed her a copy of her invoice to have as reference her vehicle was being service under warranty. I also advised her if she needed any additional assistance to reach out to me and I will help her in any way I can

      My 2022 Dodge RAM ECO Diesel awaits parts for recall everyone at Stellantis and Redlands RAM new existed on these trucks before I even bought the truck. This is not what I expected when I spent some $50,000+/- roughly 15 months ago for a new truck. No one at the dealership can say when the parts will arrive. The best guess seems to be that my RAM won't be repaired until June/July. I'd like a refund, this isn't a truck I want.

      To Whom it Concerns 

      ****************** purchased there 2022 Ram 1500 Truck from our Dealership on 1/24/23 at the time they purchased the truck it did not have any manufacturer Recalls listed. The recall that ****************** is questioning is the 01A Recall for his diesel injection pump which was not released or known about until April 20, 2023 (please see attached document with the highlights of dates of purchase and recall roll out from Ram. Unfortunately at this time some of the parts in this recall are on backorder and we the Dealership are waiting for the parts to arrive so we can install them and get Mr. ****** truck back to him. At this Time ****************** does have a rental vehicle during the time we are waiting for parts and repairing his truck. We understand Mr. ****** frustration during this time and as soon s the manufacturer can make these parts available to us we will do everything we can to repair his truck in a timely manner. ****************** can also reach out to the manufacturer at ************ and voice his frustration to Ram cooperation.

       I am rejecting this response because the truck is still very new, yet completely unreliable with no parts available for it to be  repaired.  I'd still like a refund to go find a new truck that runs.

      My wife’s and my car, a 2018 Jeep Renegade is a lemon and we have been trying to get a resolution to getting a new vehicle. The main problem is that under the car extended warranty, my wife had to have the car taken back to the dealership because it stopped accelerating in mid traffic and shut down. A couple years ago after purchasing the vehicle, she received a letter notice in the mail that was for a recall on this vehicle for the engine and they, the dealership had her do a couple of the same tests putting miles on the car for them to test the oil consumption and other details. Their conclusion was that there was no problem and the vehicle was fine. Now in November of 2022 is when it stopped accelerating on her way to work. We had to have the car towed and while at the dealership after having the car for over a week and a half, they replaced the motor and replaced cracks in the manifold and other issues resolved that we have the receipt paperwork showing. Another issue with the car is that not after two weeks of having the car back, the car would shut down for a brief couple of seconds while my wife was in drive but at a stop light and the dash board would flash and show emergency lights for the power steering, engine and airbag system which she had taken pictures of. This instance where the car would shut off continued to happen and the car was brought back to the dealership after having Autozone run a diagnostic on the battery after the vehicle shut down completely and we had to unlock the car with the actual key. We had the battery replaced under warranty from interstate battery because it was leaking acid. With the new battery, this issue continued and at the dealership they said it was the cords on the battery were loose and they had tightened it. Now the vehicle continues to do this same issue of not turning on or unlocking until after we jiggle the battery. My wife is continuously stressed and scared for her life while driving this car.

      Good afternoon,
      I Have multiple problems with this jeep one after another from rear speaker never working properly from when we bought it to the engine melting down. Key entry problems other engine problems. Our oil change records are good the vehicle is almost brand new inside and out. Latest problem with the vehicle is the vehicle kept shutting off took it in found terminal on battery was lose , they said they fixed it but after week we're still having the same issues, wife was on the freeway in traffic vehicle turned off and almost caused an accident. This is starting to happen more frequently. We are just looking to get something done with this vehicle as in a buy back primarily.
