I brought my daughter into the Amazing Lash Studio last year in 2021 for her lashes to be done. They needed me to sign the consent to provide lashes. At the time, they asked if we wanted to join the monthly membership for 159.99, I declined and said that she would only be getting lashes every now and then. I took her for a lash appointment in October of 2022 and my daughter paid them for the treatment. On November 7, 2022 I was charged a membership fee of 159.99. They signed up my 15 year daughter for a membership without my consent, my daughter had no idea what she signed and then kept my card information and starting charging a monthly fee of 159.99. I called them and they apologized for signing up a minor, canceled the membership and told me that they would contact management for a refund. I have this in an email. I was contacted yesterday and told that they would not refund the money. I contacted my bank and reported it as an unauthorized charge. I have asked to speak to the owner, ****** *********, but they refused to give her a message.Business response

Her daughter has been coming on and off to our establishment since Nov 2021. Here is a run down of the happenings by timeline11/23/21 She came for services as a "non-member" and paid with her moms Visa ending in 77785/28/22 Daughter came for servies again as a "non member": and paid with her moms Visa ending in 12209/4/22 Daughter came for services as a "non-member" and she willingly signed up for our membership, which reduced her service cost for the day by 40%. First membership payment was processed and create 2 service credits in her account. 1 was used on this day, 1 remaining.9/25/22 Daugther came for services and used the remaining credit for this service10/13/22 Membership processed and created 2 service credits on her account.10/14/22 Came for services and used both credits Daughter asked to also change the card on file and the payment date.The daughter knew exactly what she was doing and Ms. *** is making us look like the fraudulent side. Her actual issue is with her daughter, who is using her credit card.. NOT US. She knows her daughter has been receving services from us at the membership rates this entire time.
