Do NOT GO HERE My daughter only did a regular pedicure with gel, (a $20 add-on.) Her girl doing pedicure DIANA kept asking her if she wanted to upgrade and why she didn't want to upgrade. Diana DID NOT do a message. She cut her toes, blaming it on a new file, making them bleed. She DID NOT remove all of the old gel, so the new gel looks horrible. When we tried to say something, she started screaming from across the store, calling me daughter a liar.I told her I was right next to her watched and to look in the cameras they have all over the store, and She yelled even louder. They did absolutely nothing about her behavior. It wasn't that we were trying not to pay. We wanted them to know how horrible she was. This was the worst experience ever. She screamed at my daughter until she made her cry, then laughed. The girl in the front said the basic package don't include a message but when we pointed out in their pamphlet it says that it does the girl said she didn't know what to say, she agreed the gel looked bad but said there was nothing she could do, they didn't even offer to fix it. Just a warning so no one else is ever treated this way.
