Green Roof Designs really came through for myself and family. I wish I found them sooner and called. I had major wind damage to my roof and had previously called 4 other companies for something simple like an estimate and they either offered inferior products or never showed up to the date scheduled. I was recommended their services from another great company in the area and I wasn’t disappointed. Funny thing is, it was also the name given here on BBB. They showed up quickly to give me a fair estimate and promised the work in a timely manner and they delivered on that promise. They have the BEST customer service and they were always in contact with me through the whole process. I will only recommend Green Roof Designs to others in the future. When I find a company I trust and they help me, I will only use their services in the future. Thank you GRD!

I had an issue with water leaking where the main house joined the patio roof. I called 8 roofers. Most never even bothered to return my calls (unprofessional). One roofer came out, gave an estimate but never returned. Green Roof Designs was quick to respond to my call, came out for an initial consultation and gave both, a verbal estimate and a written proposal. We scheduled a time for the repair and AJ Cabello arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and was very professional. He supplied before and after photos of the repair and maintenance work he performed. AJ also showed me issues with my rain gutters that I was unaware of and offered suggestions to prevent future problems. I rarely do reviews unless I have unresolved issues or outstanding performance. This company is in the outstanding performance category. ***** Roof Designs / AJ ******* are responsive, professional and didn't try to sale me on repairs that I didn't need. I would definitely recommend them and use this company again in the future.Green Roof Designs, Inc. Response
