Back in July of 21 we purchased a car for my stepdaughter it had a few problems cracked windshield broken mirror they wrote up a work order in their paperwork saying they would take care of it gave us a 30 day warranty on the car The first week we had it The engine light goes on I called down to the office to tell them The man tells me oh just bring it by will hook it up on the scanner so I went down there and they said the guy who had the scanner is not in the office to come back and they would call me The window and the mirror still haven’t been fixed i’ve had the car for five months The engine light is a concerning me because this happened before the warranty was up and nothing was done about it they just push me away so they didn’t have to deal with it The car is been in the shop more than it’s been on the road I feel they’re in breach of contract because I still tried to get the car down there and they kept pushing me away for the engine light and for the fixing of the window and the mirror please help me The business is extreme auto truck sales and auto in Redlands California these people just keep giving me the runaround to make it fair if they don’t take the car back I would like them to pay for the repairs for the engine light and have the rest of the car fixed that they said they were going to do but I think it’s a breach of contract I should be able to give them their car back thank you The last thing is the guy gave me a phone number for for the windshield guy The phone number was wrong I called the dealer back and they would never call me back thank you
