I called this company needing assistance with my dog they advertise on yelp free consultation. I called the lady that answered the phone said there was no such thing as a free consultation. I go back to Yelp and take a picture of their advertisement. She tells me it is $52, that is not right what I’m reading I said I have a picture of your advertisement. I asked to speak to a manager. She said the manager was not available then another lady started texting my phone telling me what I was reading was not right it’s not true what was on their advertised site on yelp , I took pictures of all text messages from this company very unprofessional. I left a review on yelp and I would like to know why are they false advertising? I believe they are trying to take advantage of low income, senior citizens, a minute or two later, they change the advertisement on yelp , I messaged them a picture of their advertisement a lady continue to text and said that is not true they never ever advertise. I can call anyone I would like then they canceled my appointment that I have to get my dog medical attention on May 25 at 10:00 AM without my consent, I believe that is unprofessional and unfair. This needs to be addressed very poor business practices. I am in the process of contacting the vet to nary and medical board of California to file a complaint this is not fair to consumers.

      Hello,

******* called the hospital and scheduled an appointment stating this would be a free Yelp exam. The receptionist let her know we do not offer free consultations nor have we ever. She then stated it said it on our Yelp page which I immediately went to check and sure enough Yelps call to action button put "Free Consultation" instead of just "Consultation". As soon as we were made aware of the verbiage error we took swift action and rectified the error. I attempted to explain that to ******* however, the only thing she cared about was getting the free exam (for a dog that clearly needs medical treatment) and slandering our business' name all over Yelp and through BBB. Please see attached photos for the conversation had.

I am rejecting this response because:

I took a photo of their boss advertisement, free consultation. It’s in the picture next to my dogs paw make it larger. You can see it.

I will reiterate that it was an error on our Yelp page and was removed as soon as we were made aware of it. We will not be seeing your pet for free after you have attempted to slander our business on YELP, BBB and whatever other site you have attempted to "turn us into". I do hope that your pet gets the care she needs at another hospital that will also charge for their Veterinarians time and resources.

Five phone calls to this Vet to request the X Rays that I paid over 900.00 for to be sent to me via email. All five promises to send asap were lies.

      Hello,

We did send the X-rays as well as the consultation and full medical history to the owner multiple times and emails addresses but she was unable to open the file. She first contacted the office on the day the office was closed after 12 therefore we sent everything as soon as the office was open. She was finally able to open the files after the 5th attempt so the situation is resolved. We are terribly sorry that we had technical issues but we did remedy the situation as soon as humanly possible.
