On December 23rd I saw on Instagram Maltipoos for sale. There is a website link to obtain information about the puppies listed on the website. There is also testimonials, information about how the company was started. Reached out for information regarding one of the puppies that they have listed. ***** reached out December 24th with information and said the puppy was available explained the process and delivery. She provided me with a contract for ownership transfer of puppy and warranty signed by both her and I. I paid through zelle $****** On Sunday December 26th, I reached back out for information on delivery and she said she submitted Information to ********************** and that they would reach out to me within 24 hours for delivery process and tracking. I received an email from them within an hour and stated I needed puppy insurance. The insurance was to cover in case anything happened to the puppy and that it would cost $**** but was refundable once the puppy was delivered to me. They requested I needed to send $**** that to *****. I questioned why it was $**** and why did it need to go to *****. I reached back out to ***** since none of that was disclosed to me. When I asked how much it would all cost she said $***** for the puppy, $400 for delivery, and $100 for food, toys, bed, and crate. That was it. Nothing more and didn't say I would need insurance or anything related to any additional fees. ***** responded with we can make it work how much can you cover and her partner and her would cover the rest. I informed them I didn't have more money and that I wanted to cancel the transaction and requested a refund. At that point they said ok we will need $100 to cancel. I responded with they can take it out of the money I sent. They said they can't send It back right now they need time to move the money since it's not in their account. I have called and text them with no further response.
