They do not reply to emails about broken necklace purchased. The earring backing does not fit. Slips off too large. They have no phone number.Review from Serena N

This necklace is dainty and pretty. I wanted something delicate and sparkly and this fit the bill. I was eyeing the Mejuri diamond necklace, but the Roum version is half the price. The two length settings make it a perfect fit!Review from Emira C

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY First time trying this merchant and their products. The items are much smaller and not quite as nice and elegant as advertised. I purchased these items to trial knowing full well I have the reassurance to return for a refund if not satisfied with the products. Once I opened the packaging, I soon realized I didn't like the quality of products and emailed the company to request my return for a full refund. I didn't wear any of the products. My request meets all return requirements. They have taken weeks to return my email, without addressing my inquiry to return the products for a refund. I have emailed them 3 more times since without a response from their support team. Very disappointed. Still waiting to return my unworn items.
