Worked for this company 7 years. ***** was never the top rep. ** is a disgruntled former employee who blames others for his lack of success. As a manager I sat through many meetings where *****'s lack of dials and performance was brought to attention. Commission based sales is what you make it. You can focus on yourself, work hard and succeeded, or you can hate on others success around you and go out of business due to attrition.Great company to work for hands down.Review from Jerry C

I was one of the top sales reps and a loyal employee for DDS now DDP for 10 years. I worked hard and exceeded all my sales goals. I built a successful career for myself and put together a thriving account base in the time I was there. I opened up and maintained one of the biggest accounts in the company. I was personal friends with the owner and I got along great with my manager. I went through all the growing pains and weathered many of the company changes that have been made in recent years. I was a positive force for the company and I liked opening new business and working with my customers. It was how I made my living and how I fed my family. I had been working out of the office since 2017 so when COVID hit I was already use to working from home. There is a woman there named Jaime ******** that does the DBM, Accounting, customer service, Salesforce Administarator, ect. .. She has her hand in everything! If not her then her daughter in A/R. She has another daughter, and a son in law that also work for company. It is the perfect example of the PETER principle. This woman made a game out of systematically destroying, copying, deleting my account base. Everything I had created in the last 10 years was pretty much deleted or changed on my side and transferred elsewhere. It was one thing after another. It never stopped. I lost so much business because of her, yet I still exceeded my goals and remained productive. I would give my manager examples everyday of the things that were happening never realizing he was powerless to fix or correct. She always refused or agreed to do it but never did. She would intercept my emails to him and read everything he asked me to email him. She would then RETALIATE against me for telling him truthfully what she was doing to my accounts. She would then get back at me every time with deleting or scrambing the account contacts so I couldn't mass email or sell my customers. She would change the shipping address on my orders, delete names, alter products, refuse to do RMA's or send CC receipts to customers until they would call upset. . She would hold up commissions, and delay big shipments. It was a nightmare. She made it harder and harder to process orders. The whole time blaming everything on me. This went on for years until my account base was so completely devastated and most of my business contacts were gone or missing. .I had to work twice as hard just to maintain what I had. I was so paranoid of her taking and deleting my stuff I was reluctant to get any new business for fear of the same. I continued to block out all the negative things this woman was subjecting me too, and I kept writing business. She claimed I was hard to work with. That is ridiculous because I got along with everybody and for last 5 years I have been working out of the office. All I did was enter orders in the system. For the last few years everything went through my manager . I didn't even have any contact with her. I didn't have issues with anyone yet I was made a target by her. A month ago I got a call Friday saying I was being fired for cause. Something about sending gift cards to my customer. A practice the company fully promoted up until last year. They DID NOT have a reason so they put on the letter " fired for cause". It was blatant RETALIATION for telling my manager the truth and trying to get my account base fixed. I was continually harassed by this individual that had gained complete control of company. She made up a couple of lies after skimming my email and she fired me on A Friday morning. The company was switching to a new Microsoft system on following Monday. She made me out to be a problem to others when I was not the one. It was a hopeless situation for me. The more I researched missing information from my base to give my manager examples the less time was spent calling out and completing other tasks. She had crippled me in every way possible. I never gave up and continued to exceed goals up until the last day I was there. Nobody was giving me any congratulations anymore. My name was seldom mentioned. Apparently being one of 5 people at company over 100% of goal for month of July DID NOT matter I was fired and my account base and all my hard work was taken anyway. They deposited my last paycheck for a week in my account and that was that. I filed for unemployment and was told it was backed up due to COVID And that I wouldn't see any money for at least 3 months. A week later my wife sister was in town from another state. She came by and gave my entire family COVID about two weeks ago. Now I'm out of work trying to get better after being hit hard by this Virus that now has seemed to cause other lingering health issues. My wife works from home so she can watch our 3 kids, but without my income we will most likely loose our house next month. This did not and should have happened. I truly did not deserve this. I was betrayed and pushed out by my company under the actions of one person and her malicious lies and bad intent. Jaime/DBM/A?R/Everything.... is a despicable person that made it a personal task to ruin my career and fire me for a cause they could not even explain. I guess life is never fair and that is how it goes sometimes. This was one of those times...My grandfather always said "Take care of your company, and it will take care of you!".....Not this time gramps....This is my story of the now Digital Dolphin Products and how I was treated as an employee of ten years.
