            This is a warning to anyone that wants to buy lilly lashes. They are a bunch of money hungry scam artists. You pay alot for lashes and within 4 wears the ends of the lashes come apart !!! Waste of money. They wont replace the lashes or refund me my money. Even though this is listed on their website...."If an item may be considered defective, please email ******************************* indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by lillylashes.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item"I was in the 30 day time frame and provided all the info along with a photo nd they wouldn't refund me. !LASHES ARENT MEANT TO LAST FOR ONLY 4 USED! CROOKS!! This company is selling low quality defective lashes! Do not buy! There's other companies that sell lashes that live up to their standards but this company doesn't.

            It seems as though this company changed their supplier. They're using old photos of lash styles that they do not offer anymore under the same name. They're also advertising the lashes as "mink" and I do not believe that they are ! What's the resolution that I want from this company ? I love you guys but you need to ensure that you're offering products that you're advertising online. It's really misleading and a waste of consumers money to purchase products they've known, from a company they've trusted and the lashes are not what they used to be !!! If you're selling mink lashes don't send customers something that isn't advertised ! Please do better ! We want our old lash styles back !!!
